When you find the item you wish to purchase, simply add it to your shopping cart. When you are completed shopping, click the checkout button to pay for your purchase. Janitorial Supply USA accepts Visa/Mastercard, American Express & Discover. We also accept payment by check either by mail or by phone (E-check).
Purchase orders & Net Terms:
Janitorial Supply USA accepts purchase orders and will grant net terms accounts to qualifying businesses and organizations. If you already have a completed credit application from your organization, please fax it to us at (801)444-4376.

Payment by check:
If you prefer to prepay by check rather than major credit card, the best method is to simply add items to your Janitorial Supply USA shopping cart, print out the completed page which displays the items for purchase, and mail to our address above with your check or money order payable to Janisan. Please be sure to include contact information with your payment. We also accept E-check payments by phone.
APO FPO and International orders:
Janitorial Supply USA does ship to international locations. Your freight charge will reflect the actual cost of shipping to your international destination. Additionally, Janitorial Supply USA ships to Military APO/FPO addresses via the U.S. Postal Service. Janitorial Supply USA shipping fee will reflect the actual cost of the freight delivery from the U.S. Postal Office, to the domestic APO/FPO destination. Please be advised, there is a $30 handling fee with each APO/FPO or international shipment.
UPS Non-Shippable Items:
Please be advised that some items at Janitorial Supply USA are not UPS shippable due to the size of the package. In the event an item is not shippable via UPS, the nearest warehouse location will deliver to you via truck. There is a surcharge on such items and in the event this applies to your order we will contact you before shipping your order.
Returns:
All unopened products purchased at Janitorial Supply USA can be returned within 10 days of your receipt provided you have an authorized return merchandise number from our customer support department. You can reach customer support at (888)526-4726. Products within the 10 day window which have been opened are subject to an open box fee of 20%. For products placed in error, the cost and responsibility to ship the product back to Janitorial Supply USA shall be that of the customers.
